It was great living there and the apartment will be missed but it was on to greater and better things for me.

According to my calculations, and assuming at least a 3% raise every year, I could safely get 22% for my downpayment and extra costs by 2012 (March, 2012 – that is, if I can save at least 2K every month for every year). This saddens me because that’s soo long from now. With luck though, or with Euro rather if I keep it up for the next two years as well, I can make my goal by mid to late 2010 (depending on what the cost of the house is)! So yeah, sadly, I can’t afford a place right now. Which sucks cuz now is prime time to buy. *mope* Well, all I can do right now is save my arse off!
