- Sunday – NYU Classes 9-6pm (for Advanced Web Development Certification)
- Monday – Work (Focus on iPhone Production). iPhone Weekly Update by EOD.
- Tuesday – Work (iPhone, MTV Development and Production); Hellgate Ultimate 6:30-9:30pm
- Wednesday – Work (Complete tasks for the week for all projects). Weekly Update by EOD.
- Thursday – Work (Focus on Nick Games); Hellgate Ultimate 6:30-9:30pm
- Friday – Work (Nick Games, MTV Development and Production)
- Saturday – Ultimate Spring League 12pm-5pm

Kwando
Wednesday, June 10th, 2009I was hoping for something like a kickboxing class. I was hoping for more technique. I did sweat a lot. I did get a full hour’s worth of cardio. It may be good for times of the week when I feel like I have had no cardio and I need it. But really I don’t think I can take this class every week. I need a bigger fun factor. I suppose it is a little better than running on a treadmill for an hour. But yea, I’m nixing Kwando from the schedule.
Wednesday:
06:30pm-10:30pm – Shower, Dinner, TV, Rest
10:30pm – Dishes, Get ready for bed
11:00pm – Sleep
Wednesday is again my official “rest” day.
Work Schedule Modification
Tuesday, June 9th, 2009I’m so proud of myself this week! On Monday, I woke up at 7:15am and got to work by 8:15am. On Tuesday, I got to work by 8:30am. Today, I actually managed to go to the gym at 8:00am and get to work by 9:00am! I hope I can keep this up! Here’s my target schedule…

Daily Routine Modification
Sunday, June 7th, 2009Dance ministry is starting up again. I’m gonna have to switch my schedule around. On top of that, Thus, I need to modify life. Don’t know why I have this constant urge to improve myself. Sometimes it gets tiring and stressful which makes me wonder if it’s worth it. Regardless, I can’t help myself. I don’t like getting frustrated with myself and my inabilities. When you’re complaining about something about yourself, you gotta do something about it! It’s no use to constantly grumble and do nothing about it. My schedule is packed. Let’s see how long I can last:

How the heck do people fit in strength training, cardio AND flexibility training??? I may have to go to the gym in the mornings. I don’t know how I’m gonna do this… Henry warns me not to go overboard because it can get discouraging. I can see why. I will try to start slow.. Wednesday and Thursday exercises at least.
